В рамках изучения английского языка, о котором я в последнее время подзабыла, хочу поделиться с вами моим вчерашним меню. Поехали:
I spent 2 hours on cooking these 5 dishes.
1. Fish cutlets.
I bought and just roasted the cutlets in a pan. I used to cook it out of fish before. But it is twice as expensive and needs a lot of time. Price of this cutlets is 200 rubles per kiligram. The cheapest fish (Putassu) cost 185 rubles per kiligram.
2. Ragu from vegetables.
I took my frozen cegetables: zucchini, eggplants, cabbege, cauliflower, pumpkin, tomatoes, sweet papper. And fresh greens, onions and carrots. I mixed everything and stewed it under the lid.
3. Porridge from semolina (manna-croup).
I made it with a water, but you can add milk later.
4. Soup sausages and flakes "7 cereals" (from Donel).
I like this soup. It`s delicious and easy for the stomach. But this is not a recipe, it's my improvisation.
5. Potatoes in the oven.
I only need to wash it well, put it into the pan with a oil. Baked in skin potato is very delicious and wholesome. It preserves the maximum of vitamins.
I think that it was prepaing pretty quickly.
